We always start with laser leveling all cabinets, using full thickness shims, and cabinet specific screws into studs. All frames are screwed to one another.

This Dayton kitchen renovation received a complete makeover. New white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, new appliances, white subway tiled backsplash, lights, flooring, baseboards and window trim, and under cabinet lighting. Kitchen Renovation Kettering Before & After
This Kettering kitchen remodel was different than most. Cabinets, floor, and countertops all stayed. The entire ceiling had to be removed due to a previous bad install that left all the seams failing. While the ceiling was removed, we ran all new LED puck lights throughout the kitchen. We then replaced the previous backsplash with new glass tile. The sink wall got the glass from countertop to ceiling. We also rewrapped the post with new material. We installed custom floating shelves and wrapped the opening at the sink in new material and casings. The dining room ceiling texture was removed and everything was freshly painted.
1930's Kettering Kitchen Renovation Before & After
This 1930's Kettering kitchen remodel exceeded all expectations. The plaster walls were not smooth, the flooring sagged, resulting in extra shimming, and the pantry doors and soffit were completely rebuilt and moved to help enclose the refrigerator. Kitchen cabinets are Ice white shaker from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Classic white subway tile contrasting with dark quartz counters. This kitchen renovation cost was $25,000.
Kettering Kitchen Remodel Before & After
This Kettering kitchen renovation was updated with new Ice White shaker cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings, granite countertops, new flooring, and backsplash. We removed the uppers dividing the kitchen from the living space to open up the feel of the house. Cabinets were added to one side to create a coffee bar and microwave cabinet. Here we have a full kitchen renovation in Beavercreek Ohio. In this remodel, we removed the soffits over the upper cabinets. We removed all the drywall from the walls in order to access electrical and plumbing to make some modifications and bring things up to code and to reinsulate the exterior walls. The cabinets came from Kitchen Cabinet Kings and were Ice white shaker. We added recessed LED lighting and a farm house sink with Walnut vinyl plank flooring and quartz countertops. Here we have a Centerville kitchen remodeling project that involved painting the cabinets, replacing the countertops with granite, and installing a glass mosaic tile backsplash.
