Flooring Installations

Our flooring installations page is dedicated to jobs where we replaced the floors of the entire living space of the home. We start by removing the old floor covering and examining the subfloor beneath. Subfloor issues are important to identify for the flooring installation process. Humps, dips, and cracks need to be ground, or filled according to the flooring manufacturers specifications. This process comes with the quotes we provide that will cover normal issues. All jobs will have some form of patching or grinding that will need to take place. In very severe cases that may be covered by carpet, additional charges may apply for the added prep work involved.  Projects that are roughly 1,000sqft, you can expect to pay between $5,000 and $10,000 depending on the the type and quality of materials. The most expensive option will always be tile.
