Oakwood Master Bathroom Remodel Before and After

 This Master bathroom renovation in an Oakwood had a complete makeover with a lot of custom tile work. We turned the bathtub into a shower with a bench seat and 2 floating shelves made of quartz. The Wedi tile backer shower system comes with a 10 year warranty.  The vanity is made of teak wood, so we special ordered teak to make custom recessed shelving that matched the vanity. We used GoBoard tile backer for the flooring, making a water proof floor system outside the shower as well as in the shower. The checkered shower door was the perfect fit to match the tile work. We added a chandelier to help balance out the height of the vaulted ceilings. Baseboards and windows got large craftsmen style trim that goes well with the rest of the home.  Extensive projects similar to this one can expect to pay close to $40,000 which includes all labor and high end materials.

Centerville Bathroom Remodel Before & After

 This Master bathroom renovation in Centerville had a complete makeover. The partial wall of the old shower was removed to extend the new shower. Shower size went from a 3'x3' to 3'x4' gaining a whole foot of shower space while making the area look more luxurious and open. The shower was treated with a full Wedi Fundo Primo shower kit and GoBoard tile backer floor system creating a 100% waterproof shower and floor system. The bathroom also received new sliding closet doors, vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet, exhaust fan, and recess light retro fit upgrades. Custom glass was supplied and installed by Kettering Glass. Dayton Bathroom Remodel Tub to Shower Before & After

This Dayton bathroom renovation was past over due. The tiled shower was falling apart while the jacuzzi tub was never used. A sad but usual state of these giant tubs from the 90's. So rather replace the tub, we transformed the tub space into a full size shower from the previous corner unit and used the previous shower space to create a new closet. Who doesn't need more closet space? We swiftly got to work and tore everything out, including the rotting floor around the shower. We moved the plumbing as needed and framed the closet space. The shower received an enamel coated steel shower base, GoBoard tile backer system, with large format porcelain tiles. Complete with grab bar and teak folding seat and dual sliding glass doors. The flooring is vinyl plank meant to look like tile. With the stunning blue dual vanity to add a touch of pop, this is an amazing bathroom transformation we are proud to have had the pleasure to do. This is a very extensive remodel and large space that you can expect to pay around $35,000

Kettering Master Bathroom Remodel Before & After

This Kettering bathroom remodeling project got a custom tiled shower with tiled corner shelves and tiled floor. This shower remodel got a traditional mortar bed and liner base with GoBoard tile backer system. We then applied a topical waterproof membrane to ensure lasting results. This bathroom remodel in Beavercreek had wall tile and wallpaper from the 90's. We installed a new bathtub, GoBoard tile backer with white subway tiles and white grout. New toilet, paint, vanity, faucet, and flooring. The floor tile is a composite vinyl plank that is meant to look like real tile flooring without the hassle of thinset or grout. This bathroom remodeling project in Kettering was a bathtub to shower conversion. Here we used a porcelain enameled steel shower base with GoBoard tile backer system. This bathroom received 2 niches with hexagon tiled backs. All bathrooms get the framing modified to ensure all shower and tub wall systems are installed flat, plumb, and level.
